Ventilator is a terrifying name to general public. We at our hospital use ventilators cautiously and ethically for giving intact survival to our babies. Our top priority while patient is sick and require ventilator is informed consent and proper counseling so patient feels comfortable while getting treatment. This intervention require many staff professionals including experts in respiratory care, speech therapy, nutritionists, and other fields.
